The short version. AiCrony plans and drafts your marketing; nothing goes out until you approve it — which means you own what goes out. Bring contacts you have permission to email, keep your content lawful, and use real credentials in the Citation Network. 1. Agreement to these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and EEKOTECH LLC, doing business as AI Crony ("AiCrony", "we", "us"). They cover aicrony.com, the AiCrony application, the free AI Visibility Scan, and related services. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle data. If you use AiCrony for a company, you represent that you can bind that company, and "you" includes it.
2. The service
AiCrony is a marketing autopilot with human approval: it plans marketing across AI search visibility, email, and social; drafts content; measures results and revenue attribution; and surfaces its work for your approval. Features vary by plan and evolve over time — we may add, change, or retire features, and we'll be sensible about notice when a change matters.
The approval model — and what it means for you
Nothing publishes to your audiences without your approval: drafts wait in an approval queue, and pausing the agent stops drafting and publishing (approved items hold too). The flip side: approving is your editorial decision. You are responsible for the content you approve — its accuracy, its legality, and its compliance with the platforms it goes to — just as if you had written and posted it yourself. Review before you approve.
3. Your account
- AiCrony is a business tool. You must be at least 16 and using it for business or professional purposes.
- Provide accurate account information and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account, including teammates you invite.
- One person or entity per account; don't share credentials.
4. Plans, credits, and billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically each period until cancelled.
- Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. You can cancel from the billing portal in Settings, and deleting your account also stops future billing.
- Credits (for AI generation and similar metered usage) are consumed as you use them and are not redeemable for cash. Optional auto top-up buys more when you run low; you can turn it off in Settings.
- Usage limits (emails, posts, credits) apply per plan. We may throttle usage that exceeds your plan rather than bill surprise overages.
- Price changes take effect at your next renewal, with notice before they do.
- Refunds: except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable — but if something went wrong, email support@aicrony.com and we'll be reasonable.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use AiCrony to:
- Send spam. Only import and email contacts who have given you permission to market to them. You are responsible for complying with anti-spam and privacy laws that apply to your audience (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL), including honoring unsubscribes. We enforce suppression lists and may suspend sending on high bounce or complaint rates.
- Publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the terms of the platforms you connect (each social platform's own rules apply to what you publish there).
- Misrepresent identity or credentials — including fake authors, fabricated quotes, fake reviews, or content designed to deceive AI engines or their users.
- Probe, overload, scrape, or interfere with the service, other customers' data, or our providers; or resell the service without our written agreement.
- Violate any applicable law.
6. AI-generated content
- AiCrony uses AI models to draft plans, copy, images, and insights. AI output can be wrong — factually, legally, or tonally. It is provided as a draft for your review, not professional advice.
- As between you and us, you own the content you create with AiCrony, including approved AI-assisted drafts. You grant us the license in Section 8 to operate the service.
- You are responsible for verifying that generated content (including images) is accurate, non-infringing, and appropriate before approving it for publication.
- We do not use your content or data to train our own models.
7. Citation Network and community features
The Citation Network exists to earn real, penalty-proof visibility — and it only works if everyone plays it straight. If you participate, you agree to:
- Use your real name and real credentials for expert quotes and author profiles. Fabricated identities or credentials are grounds for immediate removal.
- Accept pool-based matching and weekly caps — placements are earned media, not a link scheme, and reciprocal placement is never guaranteed.
- Disclose your affiliation when community features help you participate in public discussions (e.g. Reddit threads), and respect our per-member frequency limits.
Benchmark statistics are opt-in and only ever published in anonymized cohorts of 20 or more accounts.
8. Your content and data
You keep all rights to the content, contact lists, and data you bring to AiCrony. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and transmit that content solely to operate and provide the service — drafting, publishing what you approve, sending your campaigns, and generating your analytics. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You are the controller of your contacts' data and warrant that you have the rights and consents needed for us to process it on your behalf.
9. Connected accounts and third-party services
- When you connect an account (social platforms, Google Analytics, Stripe, Microsoft Clarity, HubSpot, your database), you authorize AiCrony to access it and — for publishing channels — to act on your behalf, always subject to the approval gate.
- You must have the authority to connect each account, and your use of each platform remains governed by that platform's own terms.
- Third-party platforms change APIs, limits, and policies without warning. We aren't responsible for their outages, changes, or decisions (including content removal or account restrictions on their side).
- You can disconnect any account at any time in Settings.
10. Free AI Visibility Scan
The free scan is provided as-is, for informational purposes. Results reflect what AI engines said at scan time; engines change constantly, and a scan is a snapshot, not a promise of future visibility.
11. Our intellectual property
The service — software, design, brand, and content we created — belongs to EEKOTECH LLC and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use it under these terms. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In particular, we do not guarantee marketing outcomes: AI-engine citations, search visibility, deliverability, engagement, or revenue depend on factors outside our control. Nothing in the service is legal, financial, or professional advice.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, or data; and our total liability for all claims arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose (or US$100 if you paid nothing). These limits don't apply where the law doesn't allow them, and nothing here limits liability for willful misconduct or fraud.
14. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify EEKOTECH LLC against third-party claims arising from your content, your contact lists, content you approved for publication, or your breach of these terms — including claims that you emailed people without permission or published infringing material.
15. Suspension and termination
- You can stop using AiCrony at any time and delete your account in Settings → Danger zone (see the Privacy Policy for what deletion does).
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms — especially spam, fake credentials, or abuse — with notice where practical. For nonpayment, access is suspended until resolved.
- Sections that by their nature survive (content license limited to wind-down, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, disputes) survive termination.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the latest version. For material changes we'll notify you (email or in-product) before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
17. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which EEKOTECH LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, contact us at support@aicrony.com — most disputes can be resolved informally, and both parties agree to try that first for 30 days.
